1. Who We Are
Arm Bender ("we," "us," or "our") is a service based in Chicago, IL that helps small businesses and residential communities understand their waste and recycling service options. We operate at armbender.com.

2. What We Do
We offer three services:

  • Contract Tracking — We record your contract dates and alert you when your cancellation window opens. This service is always free.

  • Cancellation Letters — We generate a correctly-worded cancellation letter for you to send to your hauler. This service is always free.

  • Quote Matching — We contact up to three haulers that service your address and obtain base-rate quotes for your review. This service costs $120 as a one-time fee or $10/month.

3. What We Do Not Do
We do not negotiate with haulers on your behalf. We do not act as your broker or agent. We do not guarantee that any quote will be lower than your current rate. We do not accept commissions, referral fees, or payments of any kind from haulers.

4. No Rate Guarantee
Quotes obtained through our service reflect the best available base rate at the time of outreach. Rates are subject to change by the hauler at any time. Arm Bender makes no warranty, express or implied, that switching haulers will result in cost savings.

5. Fees and Refunds
The Quote Matching fee is $120 (one-time) or $10/month. If we are unable to obtain at least one quote for your service address, you will not be charged. If you have already been charged and no quotes are obtained, we will issue a full refund. No refunds are issued once quotes have been delivered.

6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business, service address, and current contract. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information we provide, including whether to cancel your current contract or sign a new one.

7. Limitation of Liability
Arm Bender's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including penalties imposed by your current hauler for improper cancellation.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cook County, Illinois.
