When you use Arm Bender, we may collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, service address, current hauler name, and contract dates. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.

2. How We Use It
We use your information to deliver the services you requested: tracking your contract dates, generating cancellation letters, and contacting haulers for quotes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party except as required to deliver your service (e.g., providing your service address to haulers when requesting quotes on your behalf).

3. Hauler Outreach
When you purchase Quote Matching, we share your service address and basic service requirements with up to three haulers in order to request quotes. We do not share your name, email, or phone number with haulers without your consent.

4. Data Retention
We retain your contract and account information for as long as you use our contract tracking service, or for three years after your last transaction, whichever is longer. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@armbender.com.

5. Cookies
Our website (built on Squarespace) may use cookies for analytics and functionality. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or serve advertising.

6. Your Rights
